After an eventful and productive week in Dublin, the final night was celebrated in true Irish fashion, with a visit to the luscious green Wicklow Mountains, and entertainment by a talented traditional Irish band in the Johnny Foxes Pub. The evening was a perfect end to to a busy and productive week, balancing a fun energetic atmosphere with the warmth of the open fire for a more intimate and relaxed wind down.

Challenges and Solutions

The initial plan for this event was for 30 delegates, however as the project progressed the numbers for the event grew substantially to 120 people with a very short lead time. The team made use of their strong industry relationships  to negotiate increased block bookings for accommodations throughout the week, and also resourced an expansion on the conference space, allowing for a very dramatic change to the event production. The event was an absolute success as a result, and the final scale of the event gave the local team the opportunity to demonstrate their flexibility, expertise and creative solutions.
