Barcelona has more than 200 hotels and luxury meeting facilities, so there is no surprise in the fact that Barcelona is a top sought destination for the MICE industry. The stunning historical architecture, modernist monuments, not to mention the city life and the nearby beaches ensure that Barcelona has something to suit everyone!  Sunshine, sea, Catalan culture and very importantly an international hub for flight access… All washed down with a glass of Sangria!

Spain is only a short flight from most European cities and the airports are a known for having a high standard of services and facilities. All major cities in Spain host an international airport so passengers are rarely more than 50 kilometres away from their destination. Learn more about Barcelona.

Arts Hotel

This world renowned city landmark  was built around the time of the 1994 Spanish Olympics, and later refurbished in 2006.  The Arts Hotel has absolutely renewed the energy and business within the region, thanks to the stunning design and top quality facilities. An exclusive luxury hotel much sought after in the events industry, the Arts Hotel is extremely difficult for reserve. However, thanks to the relationships of our well-connected team there were no issues in arranging the privatisation of this space in a relatively short notice period.

Speaker Dinner – Casa Mila, La Pedrera

The last civil work designed by Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí, built between the years 1906 and 1910 provided an elegant and unique experience for the VIP & Speaker dinner. The attendees were delighted to be able to visit such a historical place before getting down to business.

Gala Dinner – Maritim Museum

The all singing, all dancing gala dinner is a great fun way to end the event. With exclusive use of an historical city landmark, the guests enjoyed drinks and a gypsy rumba in Grada Mayor – housing a replica of a medieval rowing boat.  Dinner, drinks and dancing in full nautical theme kept the guests thoroughly entertained into the night.  This provided a memorable and unique end to close the event until 2017.

Operating an event at the beginning of September still in official holiday time for the country – meant that many suppliers were completely closed for August. This represented some challenges regarding any last minute requirements and details.

The™ and teams worked around the clock and had to call on their extensive network to make sure the delivery of the event ran according to plan. Needless to say the event was an absolute success, and the feedback from our clients has been a very positive one.
