Event Overview

Every year, our UK based client hold regional conferences around the world and we have been sourcing the venues for these events for the last nine years. Our client required a venue for their 3-day conference for 350 people and with a plenary room, breakout spaces, exhibition space and an outside area for products to be set up facing a certain angle and unobstructed.

The Venue

Our client decided on Singapore as the destination for their event. We were tasked with finding an open, outdoor space for their product exhibition in a very built up area with large buildings so it was difficult to find a perfect line of sight. We sourced The Shangri La Rasa, Sentosa, a hotel which has a private beach and allowed us to use the beach so that the products faced into the sea with no obstruction. The Shangri La Rasa, Sentosa also features 15 meeting and event spaces featuring world-class facilities.
