The Venues
The Trump National Doral
The conference meeting was held at The five star Trump National Doral resort. The hotel is situated near Miami airport, the white sand beaches, with 10,000 feet of indoor space, 800 acres of land, and multiple high-tech venues with optional catering, accommodation and outdoor space. The meeting spaces and ballrooms were re-decorated in 2014 with a modern and classic style, offering luxury and opulence for all styles of events. The Legends ballroom offers the largest capacity of all their meeting spaces with 24 thousand square feet. The monstor golf course proved exceptionally convenient, offering the guests a chance to enjoy the grounds on their down time. There have been 3 more ballrooms and manicured garden areas added to the resort, offering an additional capacity for almost 4000 guests.

The Bath Club
A stunning beach event was organised on the grounds of the Bath Club, offering guests and delegates the ideal environment to enjoy the stunning weather, and network with their international colleagues, clients and acquaintances. The Bath Club was constructed in 1926 by the notorious Robert A.Taylor, and today the building has been maintained to celebrate its original classic style, with additional modern amenities to ensure optimal luxury and comfort.

The Marlins Baseball Stadium
The closing gala dinner was then held in the Marlins Baseball Stadium on the final night. This is an absolutely stunning venue with the capacity to host any style and size event. There are 5,700 car spaces available onsite, a retractable roof for the rare weather changes, and award-winning catering packages to suit all tastes and diets.
Challenges
The global conference meeting was extremely well managed, and the quality of venues ensured all guests needs were met. There was an issue with slow internet access at the conference event due to the large number of guests.
Solutions
The slow wifi was quickly rectified by the VenuesWorld management team, so that there were no knock-on issues throughout the event.
Highlights
Both the VenuesWorld organisers and the clients agreed that it was very difficult to single out highlights from the 8 day event, as Miami offered endless options for offsite entertainment, the venues went above and beyond to ensure all involved enjoyed only the highest level of luxury throughout, and the mix of corporate function meetings, and social activities resulted in an unforgettable experience that was both a productive and exceptional.
