venuesuk.com worked with the Professional Planning Forum to find a suitable venue for their event. The majority of delegates attending were travelling from overseas, and needed a venue easily accessible from both Heathrow Airport & central London.

As there was a large number of meeting rooms required, it was important to find a venue with a selection of meeting rooms in close proximity to each other, while creating a comfortable stress-free ambience for delegates not in session.

venuesuk.com also provided ground management services for the social programme including the 350 pax Gala Dinner and managed the accommodation for all delegates.
