Event Overview

This non-profit association brings together companies in the search, information, and telecommunication sectors with members from Asia to Latin America and from Africa to Australia. Our client required bedrooms, plenary room and 6 breakout spaces for a 2.5-day conference for 220 delegates.

The Venue

The Hilton Paddington is one of London’s best-connected venues with four London Underground lines at their doorstep. With delegates travelling from around the globe this is extremely important for our client. The Art Deco building offers 18 purpose built meeting and event spaces.  The hotel also has open plan foyer areas and atrium, which are perfect for networking during events.

 

Challenges and Solutions

The client previously contracted a venue which cancelled the event on her a few months before. The Czech Republic-based Association needed a venue in London, UK after being let down by another hotel with only a few months to go to the event.
