VenuesWorld brought all the local teams to Ireland for a team-building trip. We started the day with archery and a high ropes course, and we finished with some wall climbing and zip-lining at Xtreme.ie outdoor adventure centre in Courtlough, Dublin. It was a great way for the international teams to get to know each other better.

VenuesWorld has announced two key appointments to its core team at its Dublin headquarters.

As part of the company’s rapid expansion into new markets, two strategic appointments have been made in operations and delegate registration services. These appointments will lead VenuesWorld in its efforts to enhance its position as the premier global online international venue-finder and DMC service and ensures that the company has the right infrastructure in place as it expands into the US and Asia markets.

The new team members are:
Jennifer Loftus, who will head up the Delegate Registration service. Previously Jennifer managed the Global Data Centres Briefing Programme in Microsoft EMEA headquarters, Dublin. Jennifer worked for Serco Integrated Services for 7 years following a brief period as a Forensic Analyst.

Brian Hand, who joins VenuesWorld as Key Accounts and Events Manager. Brian has most recently worked for Zibrant UK and before that he enjoyed a career in the Hotel Industry with responsibility for meetings and events in some of Irelands top conference hotels.
