Q. Is your service really free?
A. Yes! The local VenuesWorld office will search for venues in your requested destination and provide you with a tailored venue proposal outlining venues that suit your requirements completely free of charge.
Q. Why do you do this work for free?
A. Our local teams have strong relationships and track record with the conference, meeting and incentive venues in their destinations. These event venues, conference hotels and congress centres are delighted to support us in offering you a free venue proposal service.
Q. How many destinations can I request proposals from?
A. There is no limit on the number of proposals you can request however the nature of your enquiry (size of venue, time of year, air access) may limit the destinations that will be suitable. If you are not sure which destinations you should consider then the VenuesWorld team will be delighted to advise.
Q. How do you know which venues best suit my needs?
A. We have local teams in each of the countries we offer who carry out the venue search and prepare the proposals. Their local expertise ensures the quality of our proposals.
Q. I need help managing my conference / corporate event who should I talk to?
A. All of our local teams offer full conference and event management services. As Destination Management Companies and Professional Conference Organisers we have premium track records in the management of corporate events, conferences and incentive programmes such as yours. Q. I am an events agency, can you do a venue search for me?
A. We are happy to work with other agencies once we have agreed our business process. Send in your enquiry and we’ll give you a call to discuss.
Q. Can I talk to directly to the venues you propose.
A. Once you inform us of your wish to talk directly to a venue we are happy to put you in touch with our contacts there. Just let us know that you wish to do this.
