The venuesireland.com team managed the Smart Focus corporate sales event in the beautiful Westbury Hotel in Dublin. The short lead event was originally planned for 30 people, however high demand resulted in an increase of attendees to 120 pax. These last minute criteria changes meant that the team had to work creatively in order to secure the space required for the event. Last minute negotiations with the venue ensured extended conference space, as well as taking an innovative approach to how the available space was used for the event. All guests where accommodated within the hotel, and offsite events and dinner galas were arranged to ensure all 120 guests were entertained and satisfied with their Dublin experience.
